Joe Biden’s controversial remark on Friday morning—where he told millions of Black Americans across the country they “ain’t black” if they support President Trump over him—has caused some people to look back through his racial record.
We don’t just mean in 2019 when Biden said: “Poor kids are just as bright and just as talented as white kids.”
We mean all the way back in 1977 when then-Senator Biden claimed school integration would devastate his own children’s futures. “Unless we do something about this, my children are going to grow up in a jungle, the jungle being a racial jungle” Joe Biden in 1977.
